Build the Builder: NHCA’s Flagship Training at AVANCE
Build The Builder is NHCA’s flagship training session at AVANCE — a 5-hour immersive program designed for contractors looking to transition into development and leadership roles within the construction industry.
This session is free to attend, but participants must commit to attending all segments in full to ensure a complete learning experience. Space is limited, and priority will be given to those who register for the entire training.
Training Schedule (5 Hours Total):
- Sept 18th / 9:30 am: Intro to NHCA and Build the Builder (30 mins)
- Sept 18th / 10:00 am: Site Selection (60 mins)
- Sept 18th / 11:00 am: Predevelopment Cost Assessment (60 mins)
- Sept 19th / 9:30 am: Underwriting (60 mins)
- Sept 19th / 10:00 am: Construction Project Management (60 mins)
- Sept 19th / 11:00 am: Development Coalition (30 mins)
